Rhinoplasty is one of the most popular cosmetic surgeries in Asia. A common method for augmentation rhinoplasty is the silicone implantation. In the last 10 years, the concept of nasal beauty has been gradually changed through the influence of Internet discussions and the public media. More and more patients ask for a more projected nasal tip, aesthetic brow-tip lines, and a delicate and elegant nose. The traditional rhinoplasty technique is usually insufficient to fulfill the above requests of the fashionable nasal beauty. In this report, I will discuss a contemporary method of structural rhinoplasty in combination with corrections of nasal surroundings for the modern aesthetics, which significantly increases patient satisfactory rate.
